Une rue étrange

This is a series of photographs taken through a single window of an apartment in Aubervilliers, a suburb of Paris. The project took place over the three weeks that I lived there in September 2012, and the resulting photographs document many often curious events that took place during that time. We get a rare glimple into very different people’s lives without ever knowing what they are really up to. For me it’s this tension that made taking these photographs so stimulating.
